Ya i was wondering how much it would be to repair my laptop screen.. I feel on the stairs and it made a crack in the screen…
The laptop model is TOSHIBA A135.
Thats the model and i think the measurement is is 14inch width screen the whole thingy including black part.. and length is 11 1/2 the width with black part how much will it cost to order a new screen/repair it?

Yes there is a place (website) that you can go to and buy a replacement LCD, I know the screen my mom got for her netbook, worked out great for her. It was only 65 total and that include a 2 year warranty and shipping

A new one would be a lot dearer. But yours was used when you dropped it, was it not?
Your local computer tech will probably charge for 1/2 hour labor to fit it. Few screws and a plug is usually all. Good luck.
Ya People are right the LCD is normally the most expensive to replace I’d guess 200-300
I could do it for 50$ .. The screen is probably 120$ on ebay max….With that said you could do it for the cost of the monitor and some know how.

I recently cracked my screen (the LCD underneath the surface) and had to get it replaced. I have an Eee PC 12 inch? It cost $ 400. Crazy price.
Once an LCD is cracked it cannot be repaired, your only option is to have it replaced.
The screen is the most expensive part of the computer unfortunately, and often you can almost buy a whole new laptop for the replacement cost.
Depending on screen size the cost may range from $ 300-500 probably.
