Question by : Can gaming damage your laptop? What are the negative effects of laptop gaming?
Maybe the keyboard won’t function properly due to excessive button pressing? Or the laptop will overheat because of prolonged gaming? I play for 60 minutes or less and I play light/small, unpopular games from small companies like MyPlayCity, and not from large companies like Activision, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, and the like.

I use laptop mostly at home so I have removed the battery and using it with direct power source. Because I don’t want to overheat the battery.

PS. I don’t use Desktop computer because I like to surf internet from my couch which is very convenient with a laptop.

Thats what you should do when plugged in for more than a day
Charge the battery up and remove it
It will last longer
It will hold 85% of its charge for 4 months

If you use your laptop on battery every day of course you want to keep it on charge.

Sometimes I have to jiggle the chord or plug it in the right position to get the laptop to be charged. At first, I thought it was the power cable, but after buying a new one, I still have the same problem. Any suggestions as to what causes this and how to fix it?

heyy i was thinking of getting a laptop or notebook, but its my first time buying so i really dont know what to look for. i will use it mostly for internet access, and downloading pictures from my digital camera. so if that helps. i also want one that looks nice and has good quality. and reasonably priced.
